Как сообщили в мэрии, круг зарубежных партнеров продолжает расширяться: готовятся к подписанию соглашения об установлении дружественных отношений с китайскими городами Нинбо и Маньчжурия (КНР), а также с городом Кампина-дас-Миссойнс – центром русской культуры в Бразилии. Готов к подписанию Протокол о намерениях установления дружественных отношений с Чжэньцзяном (КНР).

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
