Недавно готовил наггетсы. И не эти ваши малыши из бургеркинга, а такие прям реально ОГРОМНЫЕ. Разрешил поделиться рецептом🩶
Поэтому ловите:
1) куриное филе предварительно отбить молотком, да посильнее; 2) смешать любимые специи, обвалять в них мясо; 3) следом в муку, из муки в сырые яйца; 4) и под конец всю смесь забабахать в панировочных сухарях.
Пожарили немного на сковородке и вуаля! Нагетсы получаются очень нежными и вкусными.
