"Александровский сад" (хорошо бы обе станции) нуждается в срочной экспертизе конструкций и, скорее всего, работам по консервации. Пока катастрофы не случилось. Делать этого, конечно, никто не будет. Как и на станции "Динамо", где собянинские метростроевцы кривыми руками создали аварийную ситуацию еще несколько лет назад. Зато в планах у Сергея Собянина – в течение ближайших 2 лет торжественно открыть полтора десятка тяп-ляп сделанных новых станций за МКАДом. Где протечки начинаются до эксплуатации, а ошибки проектирования создают постоянно плотную толпу желающих хоть как-то влезть в вагон.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
