Отмечается, что увеличить объемы ремонта общего имущества жилых домов позволило дополнительное финансирование на субсидии для управляющих компаний, которое получил муниципалитет. Новый облик получат подъезды около 200 строений областного центра.
Отбор на предоставление субсидии проводили специалисты департамента городского хозяйства. Финансовая поддержка предполагает возмещение затрат на проведение ремонта подъездов, а именно - выполнение штукатурных работ, восстановление лакокрасочного покрытия перил, ступеней.
Отметим, что всего в этом году в муниципалитете будет выполнен ремонт 450 подъездов и 197 входных групп.
