В администрации района уточнили, что постоянного места для него еще нет – готов только сам постамент. Напомним, что для реставрации привлекли специальную комиссию.
«Привлекли художника и скульптора Константина Колупаева, который провел все работы. Гагарин будет в приличном виде, нам уже будет не стыдно», - подчеркнула Нонна Лаврик, министр культуры Сахалинской области.
