Тех самых, за принятие и оплату которых чиновниками после вмешательства депутата Госдумы РФ Жанны Рябцевой (спасибо ей большое) наконец-то возбудили уголовное дело по ст. 285 УК РФ. Пока в нем нет подозреваемых, но и так очевидно - вот они, на фото, стоят и улыбаются, думают, что попилили бюджетные деньги и всех обманули.
