Сегодня гордума Владикавказа с третьего раза поддержала передачу имущества МУП "Владсток" в республиканскую собственность для дальнейшей централизации системы водоснабжения. Из 32 депутатов городского собрания на внеочередной сессии присутствовали 26. «За» проголосовали 21, «против» — 1, воздержались – 2.

Судя по видео из зала заседаний, не поддержал передачу Артур Валиев - член фракции партии «Патриоты России» (ныне СРЗП) в Собрании представителей г.Владикавказ VII созыва.

По данным сайта "Патриоты России", он родился 4 ноября 1967 года в с. Хумалаг Правобережного района РСО-Алания.

Образование – высшее профессиональное. Окончил ГГАУ.
С 2014 по 2020 гг. возглавлял АО «Олимп».
