ساناز رویتوند /تربیت بدنی و ورزش ایشون یکی از هیئت علمی های دانشکده تربیت بدنی هستن و این ترم باهاشون ورزش داشتم ایشون همیشه شطرنج درس نمیدن و خیلی هامون به خاطر اینکه فکر میکردیم شطرنج درس میدن برداشته بودیم ورزشی که طی ترم آموزش میدن معمولا آمادگی جسمانی پیشرفته(cx) یا والیبال هست ایشون یوگا کار نمیکنن اولین جلسه خیلی جدی بودن و بعضیا حذف کردن ولی واقعا اشتباه کردن:)) ایشون فقط از شما میخوان که حرکاتی که یاد میدن رو درست انجام بدید و انتظارات فضایی هم ندارن خیلی شوخ هستن و ادم پایه ای ان:) کلاسشون بهتر از تصورم و آسون تر گذشت ته ترم هم گفتن که طی ترم خوب ورزش کردین وبه همه ۱۶نمره ی امتحانو دادن فقط از بابت غیبت و ..از بچه ها نمره کم شد غیبت دوم و سوم کسر نمره داره و غیبت چهارم حذفه اگه سر کلاساشون باشید و از کلاس در نرید و در حد معمول حرکاتو انجام بدید نمره تون خوب میشه

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
