Мужчина получил 18 лет колонии и отбывал наказание в колонии №37 в поселке Яя. А осенью прошлого года на него завели новое дело — об участии в экстремистской организации и вовлечении в нее людей. По версии ФСБ, заключенный вовлекал в деятельность движения ЛГБТ других осужденных. Как он это делал, в пресс-релизе ведомства не уточняется.
В конце января Яйский районный суд Кузбасса приговорил его к шести годам колонии, добавив этот срок к неотбытому наказанию за педофилию. В колонии он пробудет еще 15 лет.
