Вечером 27 ноября в деревне Демешкино Островского района произошло возгорание частного дома, в котором находилась семья из трех человек. При пожаре погибли несовершеннолетние 2008 и 2021 года рождения. Мать детей в тяжелом состоянии госпитализирована.
Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело и совместно с сотрудниками МЧС провел осмотр места происшествия, чтобы изъять предметы и образцы веществ для пожарно-технической судебной экспертизы с целью установления причины и источника возгорания.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
