В сентябре 2022 года Ледкова оштрафовали на 50 тысяч рублей по административной статье о дискредитации армии. По версии суда, он нанес трафарет со словами «Нет войне» на стену здания.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
