В сентябре городской департамент строительства и капремонта пояснил, что из-за заболоченности участка работы проведут зимой. Но зима скоро закончится, а на территории лишь спилены деревья.

Оказывается, 28 декабря МКУ «Главное управление по капитальному строительству» по соглашению с подрядчиком сдвинуло срок выполнения работ по контракту до 20 августа 2026 года. Соответствующие документы есть на портале госзакупок.

Причины переноса сроков не называются.
