وزارت میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی: 🔹با هرگونه گران‌فروشی در حوزه خدمات گردشگری به‌ویژه گران‌فروشی از سوی سایت‌ها و پلتفرم‌های فروش برخورد می‌شود.
🔹 تمامی اشخاصی که از طریق فضای مجازی، اقدام به عرضه تبلیغ و فروش خدمات سفر پذیرایی تفریحی اقامت تور می‌کنند موظفند نسبت به دریافت گواهینامه فعالیت گردشگری در فضای مجازی از وزارتخانه متبوع اقدام کنند.
🔹در غیر این صورت فعالیت مزبور «غیر مجاز» تلقی شده و علاوه‌بر ممانعت از فعالیت از طریق مسدود کردن درگاه اینترنتی مشمول جرایم قانونی می‌شوند.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
