Арбат, 33) орткрывается уличная выставка «История Русского ПЕН-центра», приуроченная к 35-летию создания легендарного объединения писателей России «Русский ПЕН-центр». Сегодня в Русский ПЕН-центр входят более 200 самых известных писателей нашей страны. Это старейшие мастера слова, деятели науки и культуры. Выставка организована в рамках проекта «Русский ПЕН: люди и судьбы. К 35-летию создания легендарного объединения писателей России». Проект подготовлен Музеем литературных артефактов и проводится при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив. Русский ПЕН-центр приглашает вас на открытие выставки!

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
