Російський Pin-UP замовив замах на українського журналіста
У житті російського злочинного угруповання Pin-UP починається новий, неймовірно цікавий період.
Як ви знаєте з новин, минулого тижня Печерський районний суд розглядав питання про продовження тримання під вартою Ігоря Зотька, який є бенефіціаром Pin-UP в Україні.
Так ось, прокурор, який виступав у суді, зачитав переписки з вилученого мобільного телефону Зотька.
У них «наш герой» разом із росіянами обговорює настільки цікаві речі, що просто «чуб загортається».
Але про більшість із них ми поговоримо в інших публікаціях.
Сьогодні я пропоную вашій увазі один фрагмент – переписку Ігоря Зотька з росіянином Дмитром Пуніним і його дружиною, CEO Pin-UP Global, Мариною Ільїною.
У цій переписці Ільїна ставить завдання: «треба організувати побиття Плінського».
Зотько повністю підтримує цю ідею та посилається на наявність відповідного «ресурсу», а Дмитро Пунін погоджується це оплатити і пропонує передати «в роботу» одеситам.
Цей фрагмент переписки був оприлюднений прокурором як один із «ризиків» випускати Зотька із СІЗО, що може означати, що «замовлення в роботі».
Згідно з ККУ, такі дії, кваліфікуються за ч. 4 ст. 345-1:
«Погроза вбивством, насильством або знищенням чи пошкодженням майна щодо журналіста, його близьких родичів чи членів сім’ї у зв’язку зі здійсненням цим журналістом законної професійної діяльності, вчинені організованою групою».
Карається позбавленням волі на строк від 7 до 14 років.
На цьому етапі разом із адвокатами я розробляю стратегію подальших юридичних дій.
Однак, думаю, що європейським та кіпрським фінансовим установам буде дуже цікаво дізнатися, що потужний «інвестор» з росії Дмитро Пунін та його дружина Марина Ільїна займаються замовленням замахів на журналістів.
Бізнес-партнерам Пуніна ця історія також «сподобається».

Russian Pin-UP Ordered an Attack on a Ukrainian Journalist
A new, incredibly interesting period is beginning in the life of the Russian criminal group Pin-UP.
As you know from the news, last week the Pechersk District Court considered extending the detention of Ihor Zotko, who is a beneficiary of Pin-UP in Ukraine.
During the hearing, the prosecutor read out messages extracted from Zotko’s seized mobile phone.
In these messages, “our hero” discusses things so shocking that “your hair would stand on end.”
But we will discuss most of these matters in future publications.
Today, I want to share one fragment of the messages—specifically, a conversation between Ihor Zotko, russian Dmitry Punin, and his wife, Marina Ilyina, CEO of Pin-UP Global.
In this conversation, Ilyina gives an order: “We need to arrange for Plinsky to be beaten up.”
Zotko fully supports the idea, referring to the availability of a “resource”, and Punin agrees to finance it and suggests handing it over “to the Odessa guys.”
This fragment of the conversation was presented by the prosecutor as one of the “risks” of releasing Zotko from pretrial detention, which may indicate that “the order is already in progress.”
According to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, such actions, fall under Part 4 of Article 345-1:
“Threats of murder, violence, or destruction/damage of property against a journalist, their close relatives, or family members due to their lawful professional activities, committed by an organized group.”
This crime is punishable by 7 to 14 years in prison.
At this stage, together with my lawyers, I am developing a strategy for further legal action.
However, I believe that European, British, and Cypriot financial institutions will find it very interesting to learn that a “powerful investor” from Russia, Dmitry Punin, and his wife, Marina Ilyina, are involved in ordering attacks on journalists.
Punin’s business partners will also find this story “very appealing.”

"Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
