Новый закон дает право любому провайдеру разместить свое оборудование в многоквартирном доме по желанию даже одного из собственников. По действующему законодательству, для доступа оператора связи в многоквартирный дом требуется проведение общего собрания собственников, а за подключение провайдера должны проголосовать не менее двух третей собственников жилья.
