➡️ После взрыва, который слышали жители Кицкан, Тирасполя и Бендер примерно в час ночи, на территорию Приднестровья упали обломки ракеты от ЗРК С-300 образца 1968 года. Сам взрыв произошел в воздухе.
➡️ В село Кицканы, на улицу Юности, д. 122, куда упали обломки, немедленно выехали саперы и представители следственных органов.
➡️ По предварительным данным, пострадавших и повреждений нет. Ракета упала в огород. Боевая часть ракеты вошла в грунт, но не разорвалась.
➡️ Вопрос будет обсуждаться в ОКК, так как Кицканы относятся к Зоне безопасности.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
