➖ Более 10 штрафов? Придётся заново сдавать теоретический экзамен на права. ➖ Повторные нарушения? Лишение водительского удостоверения. ➖Никаких скидок! Отмена 50%-й льготы на оплату штрафов для таких водителей.
Одно дело, когда «крутят гайки» всем подряд, и совсем другое — когда ужесточают правила для тех, кто плевать хотел на закон и безопасность. Вроде звучит справедливо.
