Берлинале 2025: церемония открытия в фотографиях

✨ 13 февраля в Германии стартовал 75 Берлинский кинофестиваль. В Berlinale Palast прошла церемония открытия, на которой присутствовала новый директор фестиваля Триша Таттл и председатель жюри Тодд Хейнс. На сцену также поднялись члены жюри основного конкурса — Набиль Аюш, Бина Дайгелер, Фань Бинбин, Родриго Морено, Эми Николсон и Мария Шрадер. Ведущей вечера выступила Дезире Носбуш.

🙌 Самым торжественным событием первого дня киносмотра стало вручение актрисе Тильде Суинтон Почетного Золотого медведя за жизненные достижения. Награду ей передал режиссер Эдвард Бергер.

🔸 Открыла Берлинале драма «Свет» Тома Тыквера. По красной ковровой дорожке прошелся сам режиссер и актерский состав картины, включая Ларса Айдингера и Николетт Кребиц.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
