Прокуратурой Стругокрасненского района в интересах несовершеннолетней девочки направлено в суд исковое заявление о компенсации морального вреда, причиненного в результате ДТП.
➡️Установлено, что в марте 2024 года на ул. Жертв Революции, д. 4, пгт. Струги Красные водитель автомобиля совершил наезд на пешехода – несовершеннолетнего ребенка, 2010 года рождения. Причиненные телесные повреждения девочке не нанесли вреда здоровью. В результате ДТП пострадавшая испытала сильный стресс и душевные страдания.
✅ Требования прокурора района судом удовлетворены. С виновника ДТП взыскана компенсация морального вреда в пользу ребенка в размере 30 тыс. рублей.
