Может во 2 очереди Бунинских все-таки ебануть хотя бы наземный паркинг? 🤔😏😉 Строить паркинг в проекте не бизнес-класса с коэффициентом выше 0,3-0,4 - деньги на ветер, так как только около трети автовладельцев готовы ещё раскошелиться на паркинг. Но не строить…

ПИК наконец решил построить паркинг в Бунинских Лугах. Да-да, в этом городе спутнике Москвы только сейчас появится первый паркинг. Паркинг не простой, а паркинг охуеть какой золотой. Вдумайтесь - 9 этажей и самое дешевое место на !9! этаже за 1 мульт, ниже - дороже, на адекватном этаже - 1,3 млн. Мы, конечно, понимаем, что в текущей ситуации можно было и 2 мульта ставить и 3 мульта ставить, ведь прайс на тачки решил шагнуть резко вперед и надо исправить конфуз - "да у тебя паркинг дороже машины". Поэтому ПИК оперативно подтягивает стоимость паркингов - к цене вопросов нет. Но сука, 9 этажей крутиться - охуительный комфорт умноженный на то что паркинг ещё и холодный.
