Вероятно, поэтому тут обошлись без доминант - всего 28 этажей, хотя казалось бы, бери фигачь в высоту, как делает мастер-девелопер - MR по соседству. Вариант посадки на ЗУ от KAMEN явно намекал на тему с знаменитыми московскими доминантами.

Как вы знаете, Павелецкая - супер котел спроса. Если не знаете - то прочитайте лонгрид на тему всех проектов в локации.

Архитектура проекта - без комментариев, полный колхоз. Как такое Ураган только пропускает.
