Летом 2019 года мы "ванговали" старт в 2020 с ценой 190 тыс. руб./кв. м., но потом произошел ковид (помните, был такой?), ипотечный кол и тд. Сейчас минималка, по которой там стартовать можно - 400-450 тыс. руб./кв. м.

Как пишет Сенкевич про проект: "захотелось сделать всё не по правилам, и в чек-листе хорошего мастер-плана "навести крохотную суету". Суеты раздать и правда получилось, да и по чек-листу хорошего проекта в Москве попадают: доминанта в 56 этажей есть, фронты закрыли, башни явно вывернули для разнообразия фасада.

Посмотрим, что по итогу выбрал господин заказчик, скорее что-то более хитровыебанное, чем нахуивертили в APEX.
