Вариант застройки стадиона "Метеор" от маэстро Скуратова. СиТ писали, что проект Ant Development продал ЗУ "Генерала Ермолова, 1" Департаменту городского имущества. Вероятно, хотят получить ТЭПы в другом месте. Либо стало понятно, что сажать тут дома - так себе идея и сделают что-то социальное - ФОК, например.

На визуализациях ещё видно ТПУ "Парк Победы" от Ташира с архитектурой от Меганом.
