В новом проекте "Плеханова, 11" ПИК уже не извращается, а делает в полный рост 3 этажа стилобата. Судя по визуализациям там квартиры, хотя их в предложении нет.

Вообще ПИК хорошо перезагрузился с Плеханова, только все и обсуждают этот проект, потому что это большой продуктовый шаг.
