Удивительно, но ПИК сейчас не хочет себя ассоциировать с проектом на "Салтыковской, 8". Мол, я - не я, проект КП УГС, а не ГК ПИК. Мы только как подрядчик. Понимаете, из песни слов не выкидывают, участие в реновации или гор подряде тоже не очень получается…

Пару новостей с улицы Салтыковская:

1. Куда-то из поле зрения пропала площадка "Салтыковская, 8/3", "Салтыковская, 8/1". Изначально это был долгострой, который должен был достроить ПИК, но по ходу весь земельный участок отправлен в реновацию или какую-то другую социальную стройку. Во всяком случае площадка под оценку не мелькает, но очевидно, что такой хороший земельный участок долго пропадать на рынке не будет.
2. На ЗУ "Салтыковская, 8" будет построен дата-центр Монархом. Ранее этот участок был куплен у Галса.
3. По информации СиТ, на ЗУ "Салтыковская, 4А" будет построен МФК со спортивной базой. Как-то слишком эти 43 тыс. кв. м выглядят для спорта амбициозно, но посмотрим за реализацией.

Не только жильем единым, много функций появляется на окраине Москвы.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
