✅кальмары- ок.500 гр
✅лук- 1 гол.
✅соль, перец, зелень (укроп)- по вкусу)
✅рис- 1 стак. (отваренный).

✏кальмары моем и чистим от внутренностей и пленок. Можно бросить в кипяток на несколько секунд, а потом промыть под холодной водой.
✏Измельчаем в блендере с 1 луковицей. Добавляем соль, перец и измельченный укроп.Получается довольно вязкий фарш.
✏Смешиваем с заранее отваренным рисом.
✏Перекладываем в смазанную маслом форму и запекаеи до румяного верха минут 15-20 при 180. Можно в конце включить обдув. Дать остыть. Ангела за трапезой!😇
