Упаковщики не получают зарплату, весь их доход строится на чаевых от покупателей, поэтому хороший тон - дать за труд хотя бы пару монет.
Если вы хотите самостоятельно собрать свои покупки, можно об этом сказать. Всё равно дать на чай при этом не возбраняется ☺️
