Уже совсем скоро, 27 июня 2024, состоится совместная конференция РАЦ и Denuo «Разрешение споров из сделок M&A в арбитраже (третейских судах)».
В рамках первой сессии "Новое в структурировании сделок M&A" выступят: - Леонид Кропотов, Denuo; - Ольга Сафронова, Сбербанк; - Андрей Голованев, НИУ ВШЭ. Модератор сессии: Михаил Демин, ВЭБ РФ.
В качестве спикеров второй сессии "Перспективы споров из M&A сделок" выступят: - Андрей Панов, Denuo; - Ирина Васина, Магнит; - Михаил Гальперин, ПАО «Интер РАО». Модератор сессии: Юлия Муллина, РАЦ.
Спикеры расскажут о нововведениях в структурировании сделок M&A, обсудят перспективы развития арбитража M&A сделок по российскому праву, а также раскроют особенности рассмотрения таких споров.
Начало мероприятия: в 15:30. Место: Грандотель «Европа», г. Санкт-Петербург. Формат: очный. По завершении дискуссии участников ждет нетворкинг-коктейль.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
