Исполнять обязанности главы правления Укрзализныци будет член правления УЗ Евгений Лященко. Об этом в Facebook сообщил член правления УЗ Орест Логунов. В комментариях к своему посту об отставке Александра Камышина Логунов отметил: «Выполнять обязанности будет Евгений Лященко — он мощный, с высокой степенью доверия».
Лященко назначен членом правления УЗ в октябре 2021 года. В этой должности он занимался финансовыми вопросами. С 2012 года Лященко занимал должность финансового директора Медиа Группа Украина, а с 1 июля 2014 года был назначен директором холдинга, который являлся частью медиабизнеса группы SCM Рината Ахметова, где работал вплоть до 2019 года.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
