Теплый январь не только оголил ямы и мусор раньше времени, но и вернул меня к одной моей старой проблеме — озеру на территории МО "Академическое", во дворе по адресу Гражданский проспект, 75 к1
Последний раз мне отвечали, что ничего в этом дурного нет, "данное явление носит временный характер". Отправим заявление ещё раз, тут главное постоянство! А почему?
А потому что в этом самом дворе поставили 4 очень ярких фонаря, которые теперь и дорогу освещают, и скамейки. А я об этом просил несколько раз, писал в Ленсвет и администрацию. Не знаю, повлияли ли мои многочисленные обращения или жаловались и другие жители, но в любом случае спасибо за светлый и безопасный двор! Очень рад! #районные_проблемы

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
