Аргументируя свои слова Зюганов сказал, что «Локоть способствовал развитию метрополитена» Наверное, имеется ввиду так и недостроенная станция «Спортивная», с которой сейчас приходится разбираться уже новой администрации, как и со всеми авгиевыми конюшнями, доставшимися в наследство от бывшего мэра.
«способствовал улучшению условий коммунального жилья» С разваленной системой ЖКХ. Прокуратура сбилась со счёта, вынося предписания Локтю и по уборке улиц, и по их ремонту, и по содержанию того самого жилья…
«построил Академгородок» Ну тут уже no comment. Оказывается, в России тоже есть персонаж, которому вместе Байденом стоит проверить когнитивные способности. Ибо уже зашквар.
