Зимой мы рассказали о планах сети магазинов одежды освоить бьюти-категорию. Тогда предположения о выходе Love Republic (входит в Melon Fashion Group) в бьюти складывались из вакансий на hh и поданых в Роспатент заявок.
Спустя чуть больше чем полгода бренд-таки сделал это. На днях стартовали продажи коллекции Love Republic Beauty, в которую вошли четыре аромата в концентрациях парфюмерной воды, парфюмированные лосьоны для тела и свечи. Пока новинки были замечены в ТЦ "Галерея" в Санкт-Петербурге, а в других точках сети, если верить консультантам, появятся позднее.
Ароматы выглядят, называются и звучат, судя по пирамиде, довольно лаконично: White (тубероза, сандал), Nude (матча, инжир, кедр), Black (розовый перец, корица, кедр), Shadow (черный перец, нероли). Объём 10 мл стоит 2 500 руб., полноразмерка 50 мл – 4 000 руб. Судя по этикеткам, произведены ароматы в Китае.
На наш взгляд, вполне перспективный запуск, сравнимый с парфюмерией от Zara. Отдельно похвалим за грамотный ход с выпуском мини-версий по 10 мл.
Upd. Love Republic запланировала официальный запуск коллекции в офлайне и онлайне на будущий понедельник, 7 октября, так что мы опередили саму компанию.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
