‼️🇷🇼Це перший огляд в Новому році. Велика палата поки оприлюднила декілька окремих думок, що ж стосується в цілому ситуації, то вона принципова не змінилась. Велика палата у такому вигляді довела свою неефективність та великі корупційні ризики, випадкові люди, що потрапили до верховного суду замість застосування Законів вигадують нові норми, як то ефективний спосіб захисту чи не та юрисдикція, а потім знову змінюють позиції, бо наслідки для застосування законів катастрофічні і все це хочеться думати, що заради пустих амбіцій, а не домовленостей. Висновок єдиний, експерименти треба припиняти, а суддів добирати за знання та вміння застосовувати Закони й дотримуватись прав людини, а не те що вигадали іноземці.
До огляду включена практика ВС-ККС та ВС КЦС, постанови та рішення щодо незаконності мобілізації та відмови у наданні відстрочки, а також постанова щодо ухилення від сплати митних платежів благодійним фондом Тимофія Милованова на який зараз примусово Укрпошта утримує по гривні з кожного відправлення та багато іншого.
