Ранее ИНП РАН признал бесполезность повышения ключевой ставки ЦБ. По оценке экспертов, каждый процент снижает инфляцию лишь на 0,1%, а потребительский спрос — на 0,2%. Таким образом, возможное повышение ключевой ставки с 21 до 23% на заседании ЦБ в декабре снизит инфляцию всего на 0,2%.
