Компания «СЗ «КПД Монтаж» возведет новостройки вдоль автодороги на Низовье с выездом на федеральную трассу.

Участок был образован в конце апреля 2024 года и сразу же оформлен в собственность «СЗ «КПД Монтаж». На землю оформлена ипотека. Всего ГК «КПД-Калининград» в Родниках может рассчитывать на освоение порядка 20 га под строительство нового микрорайона.

Учредителями «СЗ «КПД Монтаж» являются Оксана Калашникова и Михаил Сиваков. Структура входит в ГК Сергея Тарчуткина. Выручка «СЗ «КПД Монтаж» в 2023 году упала до 98 млн руб. (-68 %), убыток составил 6,3 млн руб.
