Как сообщает Ilta-Sanomat, Финляндия направляет свои военные истребители. При этом стоит подчеркнуть, что как страна без ядерного арсенала, Финляндия не нарушает «Договор о нераспространении ЯО», поскольку в учениях будут участвовать только Военно-воздушные силы страны.
В процессе вступления в НАТО финские власти ясно давали понять, что ядерное оружие на своей территории размещать не будут, так как его достаточно у союзников в НАТО для сдерживания.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
