Предлагал выполнить ремонты, брал авансы и пропадал. Заводил отношения с женщинами, снова брал деньги. Организовывал мероприятия, присваивал вверенные ему суммы и опять-таки исчезал. Потерпевшие (а их около трех десятков) рассказывают, что суммы были внушительными, сообщает Латвийское телевидение. Махинатор же, по их словам, продолжает свой нечестный «бизнес».

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
