Транспортного коллапса тоже не произошло, но перевозчикам пришлось подсуетиться, умерить свои аппетиты и начать работать прозрачно. Так можно сделать везде (в мегаполисах поэтапно, постепенно снижая квоту). Сохранённые жизни, здоровье и нервы людей того стоят".
