На вопрос: почему они так прокуратуров не "терзают"? Получен гениальный ответ в форме встречного вопроса: А при чём тут прокуроры? Доступ к правосудию начинается по аналогии, как театр с вешалки. Дополним штрихом отношения к адвокатом состояние судебной системы. Охрана важнее?!
