🇺🇦 По взрыву в Подольском районе Киева есть вопросы.

▪️ Судя по одному из кадров, удар нанесен аккурат на парковке перед ТРЦ Retroville. Что там было в этот момент — непонятно. Но загорелось хорошо: пишут о складе легковоспламеняющихся материалов, под которые можно подвести всё, что угодно.

▪️ На месте обнаружена вроде как отстрелившаяся заряд-гильза от «Пиона» — 3ВОФ35. Откуда она взялась в районе взрыва — непонятно. Был ли это выстрел из собственного украинского «Пиона» или отлетела она от эпицентра взрыва, потому что там был склад — неясно.

▪️Никаких стратегически важных объектов в том районе не наблюдалось. Но что было на территории ТРЦ — неясно. В тот же «Леруа Мерлен» при желании можно завести всё что угодно под легендой того, что там строительные материалы.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
