Суд также решил взыскать с Дирекции дорог Рязанской области в пользу подрядной организации задолженность в размере 23 млн рублей, неустойку около 21,2 млн рублей, судебные расходы по оплате государственной пошлины около 140 тысяч рублей, компенсации в счёт оплаты судебных экспертиз 1,08 млн рублей. Решение может быть обжаловано в двухмесячный срок в Арбитражном суде Центрального округа.
