Горячо одобряем повышение медийности Городского Собрания Йошкар-Олы. Трансляции и в целом открытость -правильное решение. Но почему без звука? Точнее, почему звук так ужасен? Звук сейчас куда важнее изображения.
Из непонятного: кто этот человек на трибуне, пересказавший выступления Путина перед муниципалами. И главное зачем? Это замполит? Я считаю, муниципальные депутаты и так должны быть в курсе установок 🇷🇺
В целом же, картинка уже лучше, чем из Госсобрания...

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
