В последующем он распорядился похищенным по своему усмотрению.
Через несколько дней мужчина в состоянии алкогольного опьянения нанес несколько ножевых ранений другому мужчине в жизненно-важные органы. Он не реализовал свой умысел, направленный на убийство потерпевшего, по причине активного сопротивления раненого.
