Отставка заместителя главы Сахалинской области Дмитрия Федечкина стала неожиданностью для секретаря СЖР Владимира Касютина. С Федечкиным связывали большие надежды на развитие прессы в регионе.
«Активно занимался не только чиновничьей работой, но и выступал как талантливый медиа-менеджер и эксперт. Я вообще знаю Дмитрия Николаевича как человека некорыстного. Могли быть ошибки, связанные с подчиненными, партнерами, он где-то сам что-то недосмотрел или недопроверил, но из моих коллег, кто его знает, все были удивлены такой постановкой вопроса».

"The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
