Предварительно, стрельба произошла на углу улицы Хаджи Мамсурова и проспекта Коста. Там разгорелся конфликт между двумя мужчинами и случайным прохожим. Один из зачинщиков пустил в ход травматическое оружие. Пуля попала в женщину, которая работала рядом в цветочном магазине.
Двое зачинщиков конфликта доставлены в отдел полиции и дают показания. По информации источника «Сапы», они находились в состоянии опьянения.
