По версии следствия, компания не провела инженерно-геологические исследования и предоставила для экспертизы недостоверную проектную документацию, что привело к фактическому срыву строительства.
Ущерб оценивается в 21,18 миллиона рублей. Кстати, в Санкт-Петербурге зарегистрировано аж 5 ООО с таким названием.
