Сегодня хочу поделиться с вами о некоторых наших «правилах» касательно приемов пищи, которые сами по себе у нас устоялись⤵️
🟠есть всем вместе и за столом. 🔣Совместные приемы пищи - это отличная традиция для поддержания теплых семейных отношений, а для ребёнка это служит хорошим примером, а также развивает пищевой интерес.🔣 🟠никаких гаджетов и телевизора во время еды. 🟠есть фрукты и овощи каждый день, а также стараться включать овощи в каждый прием пищи. 🟠завтрак, обед и ужин примерно в одно и то же время. 🟠никто никого не заставляет доедать или есть то, что ему не хочется. 🟠пить достаточное количество воды в течение дня.
