У американцев повышенный интерес к естественным богатствам Особого района, особенно нефти. Множество геологов занимаются оценкой месторождений в районах Яньчана - Яньчуани.Причем интерес чисто коммерческий и практический. В Особом районе почти половина всех нефтяных запасов Китая и едва ли не треть каменноугольных.

С 1937 года разведкой нефтяных месторождений в Северо-Западном Китае, включая Пограничный (Особый) район занимались две компании: 1) Standard Oil of New Jersey (будущий Exxon); 2) Standard Oil Company of New York (SOCONY, а с 1963 года - Mobil), объединившаяся в 1931 году с Vacuum Oil.
Видим две части Standard Oil, которую разделили в 1911 году на 34 компании. Слияние двух из них состоялось 30 ноября 1999 года, когда появился ExxonMobil. Но уже с 1937 года была совместная разведка нефтяных запасов в Северо-Западных провинциях Китая (Цинхай, Ганьси, Нинся, а также в Синьцзяне) через общую структуру - Standard Vacuum Oil Company.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
