Сегодня прошел штаб по строительству водопроводов по программе «Чистая вода» под руководством заместителя Председателя Правительства Омской области Динара Курманова с участием глав муниципальных образований и подрядчиков.
На повестке – ход строительства объектов по реконструкции сетей водоснабжения в селе Артын и рабочем посёлке Черлак.
📍Артын На объекте ведутся строительно-монтажные работы, готовность объекта составляет 78,3%. Видим незначительное отставание от графика, подрядчику необходимо направить все ресурсы для ускорения темпов работ.
📍Черлак Завершаются работы 2 этапа. Техническая готовность объекта составляет 96%, проводится ежедневный прозводственный контроль. Ранее подрядчик увеличил количество рабочего персонала и техники.
До конца ноября поставил задачу – выровнять ситуацию в Артыне, все объекты должны бы сданы в контрактные сроки.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
